Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite) – Experience: 10–12 Years
Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Snowflake Data Engineer (Delivery Lead) to architect, deliver, and scale modern analytics solutions. This role combines deep hands‑on expertise in Snowflake and dbt with leadership responsibilities, including technical direction, best‑practice definition, and stakeholder collaboration. You will lead end‑to‑end ELT initiatives and mentor analytics engineers while ensuring performance, governance, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Architect end-to-end ELT pipelines using Snowflake & dbt
Define data models (star/snowflake, dimensional, marts)
Lead dbt project structure, deployments, and CI/CD workflows
Build and optimize dbt models, tests, macros, and documentation
Optimize Snowflake performance and cost
Implement data quality, observability, governance, and security (RBAC, masking)
Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor engineers
Required Skills
Strong hands‑on Snowflake experience
Expertise in dbt (Core/Cloud) and advanced SQL
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Knowledge of data governance, security, and cost optimization
CI/CD, Git, and DevOps experience
