The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Join us as a Product Quality Leader at Ericsson’s US 5G Smart Factory (EFA) and be a driving force in technological advancement and product excellence. As a leader within EFA, you'll oversee the entire lifecycle of a product or platform, reporting directly to the Plant Quality Engineering Manager. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for executing full product and process quality responsibilities, establishing and maintaining comprehensive quality management and control processes, methods, and tools.
