The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Concessions Supervisors to join our team at Target Field in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

What will you do?
Assign duties to scheduled staff.
Perform some service tasks, such as assisting guests, stocking shelves, counting inventory, and cashier duties when necessary.
Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
Review work procedures and operational problems to determine ways to improve service, performance, or safety.
Assist Concessions Manager with staff training and compliance.
Monitor daily cleaning.
Ensure associates are kept informed of any changes in policies or events.
Complete pre-event responsibilities at assigned locations.
Ensure all assigned locations are shut down correctly before clearing staff.
Other duties as assigned.
More about you
Experience working in a restaurant preferred
Minimum of 2 years' of supervisory experience preferred
Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment
Able to work nights, weekends and holidays
At least 18 years old.
Physical requirements
Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season
