Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Reporting Lead with a unique blend of functional leadership and technical expertise in Power BI to drive the unification and modernization of our reporting landscape.
Design and develop Power BI dashboards that consolidate data from various sources including out-of-box tools, custom solutions, and vendor platforms.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, proactively propose solutions, and deliver independently.
Drive data standardization and governance to ensure consistency and accuracy across reports.
Provide functional leadership to reporting teams, guiding best practices and ensuring delivery excellence.
Qualifications
8+ Power BI (Advanced): Data modeling, DAX, Power Query, custom visuals, performance optimization.
3+ Data Strategy & Governance: Ability to unify disparate reporting sources (out-of-box, custom, vendor).
8+ Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication and business analysis skills to gather requirements and deliver insights.
6+ Functional Leadership: Ability to lead reporting initiatives, mentor junior analysts, and drive reporting strategy.
