You’ll be:* Welcoming students, staff, parents, and visitors with a friendly, professional approach* Handling reception and telephone enquiries with confidence and clarity* Managing attendance registers and supporting essential data processes* Producing documents, reports, and meeting minutes with accuracy and confidentiality* Supporting cash handling, petty cash, and financial record‑keeping* Keeping our administrative systems running smoothly — from filing to email management* Providing vital support to the Student Services Team* Training as a First Aider to help keep our community safe**We’d love to hear from you if you have:*** Strong communication skills and a warm, professional manner* Experience in administration, reception, or customer‑facing roles* Good ICT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel* Excellent organisation, time‑management, and attention to detail* The ability to stay calm, flexible, and positive in a busy environment* A commitment to confidentiality, safeguarding, and supporting young people* Typing or shorthand skills and experience in a school environment are a bonus — but not essential.At Oasis Academy Wintringham, we believe in raising aspirations, unlocking potential, and nurturing confident, capable young people.
