In this role you will drive new membership sales and membership retention through excellent customer service, relationship building and continued process improvement.
The ideal candidate is self-driven, well-organized and possesses excellent communication skills.Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday: varied between 9am-7pm, occasional weekends may be requiredKey point of contact for the community and members at the client's Health and Wellness Center. Responsible for providing assistance and service to clients by answering requests, process, and provide information on membership accounts and services offered.**Key Accountabilities:*** Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service, phone, text, and email communication. Building lasting relationships with prospective and current members.* Meeting sales goals and generating leads through prospect, networking, and member referrals.* Promoting and attending facility social events.* Serving as facility ambassador to local businesses, corporations and community members.* May provide leadership presence on the floor to assist with issues that may arise and provide coverage when manager isn’t available.* Conduct tours of the facility and assist members with account changes and requests.* Other duties as needed/assigned**Minimum Requirements*** High School Diploma/GED.* Adult/Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification required within 60 days of hire.* 1-2 years previous sales experience.* Exceptional interpersonal skills.* Highly motivated and communicates effectively.* Passionate about helping others improve the quality of their lives.* Able and willing to listen to feedback and apply it moving forward.**Preferred:*** Associates degree or relevant work experience.Compensation: $13.73-$22.00 per hour.
