Primary Responsibilities: Supports Showroom Manager making sure everything is operating smoothly Motivates employees and ensures a focus on hitting daily sales goals Opening/Closing Duties Assists in resolving customer issues Provides leadership and direction to showroom staff Ensures staff adheres to company policies and procedures Assists with training new employees Ensures store is meeting standards, including displays, samples and cleanliness Other duties as assigned by Manager Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years’ previous Management or Assistant/Lead position Proficient in Microsoft office Leadership skills and ability to manage staff Strong decision making and problem solving skills Shift: Day shift, weekdays and some Saturday's
