We’re looking for a reliable, motivated
Shift Lead / Head Cashier
to help oversee daily operations during assigned shifts. In this key role, you’ll lead by example, delivering outstanding customer service, mentoring team members, and ensuring smooth store operations. If you’re adaptable, dependable, and ready to take initiative, we’d love to meet you. A Shift Lead is empowered to provide leadership and guidance and act as a role model and source of assistance during key shifts when management may be unavailable. You are the front line of the company to our customers, so exceptional customer service is critical. You are empowered to resolve customer issues and will work key shifts when the Store and Assistant Managers are not onsite. Let's Go!
