Job Description
Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to fill the role of HRBP, Regional HR Strategy. The successful candidate will serve as a Strategic HR Business Partner to broad business leaders in Japan.
Responsibilities
Drive Strategic HR Initiatives: Collaborate with the Senior Manager (supervisor) and business unit leaders to plan and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Address Organizational Challenges: Analyze issues related to talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement, and propose and implement effective solutions.
Participate in HR Projects: Actively contribute as a project member in various HR initiatives.
Change Management: Support organizational transformation through effective change management practices to ensure smooth transitions.

Qualifications — MUST

Proficient in English communication, including participation in meetings and delivering presentations
Qualifications — WANT
Experience as an HR Business Partner in a global company
A proactive and positive mindset, with the ability to independently tackle challenges and issues as they arise
