Marketing & Influencer Management Associate
to support our marketing initiatives, social media presence, and influencer partnerships. This is an in-person role based in Whippany, NJ, working closely with leadership, creative, and product teams. Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of
marketing execution, influencer relations, social media management, and performance analytics
. You will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day marketing operations, managing influencer programs, supporting Shopify initiatives, and ensuring campaigns are properly tracked and optimized through analytics and attribution. The ideal candidate is both
creative and analytical
, understands modern e-commerce marketing, and is comfortable managing multiple moving parts across platforms. Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Support Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and influencer channels
Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
Coordinate with creative and leadership teams to ensure messaging consistency
Social Media Management Assist in managing brand social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Support content scheduling, posting, and community engagement
Track social performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
Influencer & Creator Management Identify, outreach, and onboard influencers and creators aligned with brand goals
Manage influencer relationships, communications, contracts, and deliverables
Track influencer campaigns, affiliate links, and performance outcomes
Support gifting programs, UGC sourcing, and long-term creator partnerships
Shopify & E-commerce Support Assist with Shopify store management, including product listings, collections, and promotions
Support marketing integrations (email, SMS, affiliate, influencer platforms)
Help coordinate campaigns that drive traffic and conversions to Shopify
Analytics & Data Attribution Track and report on marketing performance using tools such as GA4, Shopify analytics, ad platforms, and influencer dashboards
Assist with UTM strategy, attribution tracking, and campaign performance reporting
Help translate data into insights that inform marketing decisions
Required Qualifications
1–3+ years of experience in marketing, social media, influencer management, or e-commerce
Hands-on experience with
Shopify
Experience managing or supporting
influencer programs and creator relationships
Strong understanding of
digital marketing fundamentals
(paid, organic, social, e-commerce)
Familiarity with
analytics, reporting, and attribution concepts
(GA4, UTMs, platform analytics)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with influencer/affiliate platforms (e.g., UpPromote, Partnero, GRIN, Aspire, etc.)
Experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads)
Familiarity with email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo or similar)
Experience working with consumer electronics or DTC brands
