We are seeking a Manufacturing Analytics SME to provide subject‑matter expertise to build manufacturing intelligence solutions by integrating shop‑floor, MES, historian, and enterprise data to enable real‑time analytics and operational use cases across business units and domains.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a
fast‑paced, multitasking environment , engaging with both
internal teams and client stakeholders , and translating manufacturing data into meaningful business decisions.
Responsibilities
Provide SME support in building manufacturing intelligence applications
Advise on the integration of MES, historians (GE Predix / OSI Pi), and enterprise data platforms
Enable use cases such as
Predictive/Preventive Maintenance, Digital Twin, Production & Process Monitoring, and OEE
Support development of real‑time and near real‑time shop‑floor analytics
Qualifications
7–12 years of relevant professional experience in Manufacturing Domain or related roles.
Hands‑on experience with
MES platforms,industrial historians
(OSIsoft PI, GE Predix) etc.
Strong understanding of
IT–OT integrations
Knowledge of manufacturing KPIs and intelligence use cases (OEE, asset health, production monitoring)
Experience with cloud‑based manufacturing analytics
Background in Industry 4.0 initiatives
