What you will do:
Under the supervision of the DON, you'll assume responsibility and accountability for assigned core programs
Responsible for all infection control monitoring, tracking, and prevention
Primary staff development/educator
Make frequent rounds to ensure nursing staff are following their assigned duties and redirect as necessary
Ensure the nursing stations are well organized, cleaned, and stocked appropriately
Participate in development and implementation of resident specific care plans
Any other tasks as directed by the DON
Must have:
Current Washington RN license without any enforcement action against it
Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a skilled nursing setting preferred

As required by state and local law, Willapa Harbor Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Willapa Harbor Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington as stated below:
