You Have
10+ years of experience in a fire and emergency services department
5+ years of experience supporting fire apparatus procurement
Experience in the development of specifications for emergency apparatus such as pumpers and aerial devices, rescue vehicles, brush trucks, and ambulances
Experience working collaboratively with multiple agencies and apparatus manufacturers
Experience conducting final inspections and performance tests of apparatus at manufacturer's facilities
Experience working with the U.S. General Services Administration
Experience with apparatus fleet management and maintenance issues, including developing long-term fleet replacement schedules, maintaining apparatus inventories, and assisting with agencies and apparatus manufacturers on warranty and recall issues
Knowledge of NFPA 1900 - Standard for Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting Vehicles, Automotive Fire Apparatus, Willdan Fire Apparatus, and Automotive Ambulances
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED

Experience with Emergency Vehicle Maintenance
Knowledge of modern fire apparatus construction and design

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
