We are seeking an experienced On-Site Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a large HOA community in Fort Myers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in restaurant or hospitality management, bringing excellent customer service, staff coordination, and operational skills to a residential community setting. Key Responsibilities
Assist the Community Manager with daily HOA operations Serve as a primary on-site point of contact for residents, vendors, and staff Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests professionally Coordinate vendors, maintenance schedules, and community services Support compliance with HOA rules, policies, and governing documents Assist with administrative tasks, reports, and community communications Help oversee amenities and common areas, ensuring high service standards Qualifications
Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience strongly preferred HOA, property management, or customer-facing management experience a plus LCAM license preferred (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work on-site and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor with a strong customer-service mindset
