Our Partner is looking for Engineers to join a project that has an expectation of mod/additional funding through 2027.
Responsibilities
Design and implement responsive, performant user interfaces for geospatial visualization and data‑intensive applications
Architect interactive mapping applications using modern geospatial visualization libraries
Build reusable component libraries and design systems for complex data visualization and map‑based interactions
Optimize front‑end performance for rendering large‑scale vector and raster datasets in web browsers
Collaborate with back‑end engineers to design efficient APIs for geospatial data retrieval
Requirements
Active TS/SCI CI Poly with current Customer eligibility and SBU/SECNet/COE accounts
DoD 8140 Compliance
Must be willing to work in SCIF daily or as needed
5+ years of professional front‑end software engineering experience
4+ years of advanced JavaScript/TypeScript development with modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular)
Desired Skills
3+ years of geospatial web development with mapping libraries (Leaflet, OpenLayers, Mapbox GL JS, or CesiumJS)
3+ years understanding coordinate systems, projections, and spatial data formats (GeoJSON, KML, vector tiles)
3+ years experience with WMS/WMTS services and OGC‑compliant APIs
3+ years of responsive web design and cross‑browser development with expert CSS/SCSS
2+ years of data visualization with libraries like D3.js, Chart.js, or Plotly
