As a Care Coordinator, you'll act as a central point of contact, coordinating various aspects of our members' healthcare needs and fostering strong relationships with providers. Member Care Coordination

Coordinate in-person and urgent care appointments. Arrange lab work, imaging, and other necessary healthcare services. Assist members with navigating their Planstin and Primestin membership benefits. Coordinate mental health support through platforms like Talkspace. Manage healthcare referrals and coordinate follow-up care. Help members find the right healthcare resources and appropriate providers for virtual care, specialties, labs, and specific needs, even for those outside of St. George, Utah. Educate members on Primestin Care member guidelines and the process for qualifying for Primestin Care Office Visit payments, including intake form requirements. Provider Relationships & Network Growth

Secure agreement from providers for acceptance of Primestin Care Direct Pay. Contact providers before scheduled appointments to inform them about Planstin and determine their willingness to work with us, either by billing directly or accepting virtual payment cards. Assist with provider billing, payment, and contracting processes. Actively assist in growing our provider network through contract negotiation. Collaborate with members and providers to collect necessary billing codes for surgeries and major medical procedures, coordinating with our claims team for review and processing. Qualifications

A strong understanding of healthcare coordination principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathetically interact with members and providers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. A proactive and problem-solving mindset. Experience with healthcare billing and provider relations is a plus.
