Full-Time
Salary:
$115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location:
Vermont
Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to deliver therapy services to adults through a fully remote model. This position is ideal for clinicians who value clear expectations, steady caseloads, and the ability to focus on therapy without in-person clinic demands.
Responsibilities
Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions via telehealth
Conduct intake evaluations and ongoing clinical reviews
Document sessions according to compliance requirements
Coordinate care and referrals when appropriate
Adhere to Vermont LICSW scope of practice
Qualifications
Active Vermont LICSW license
Master’s degree in Social Work
Prior clinical therapy experience
Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment
