Key Responsibilities
Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve process-related production issues and deviations.
Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including work instructions and P&IDs.
Monitor key process performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process development and improvement projects.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
3-5 years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in process optimization techniques, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and data interpretation.
Familiarity with process control systems (DCS/PLC) and process simulation software.
Bonus Qualifications
Proficiency with advanced process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS/Plus) or statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integration.
Fluency in a second language relevant to global operations or local workforce.
