Production Associates for our Ready-to-Eat (RTE) Egg Patty line are responsible for the efficient, safe, and sanitary manufacturing of cooked egg products. This role involves operating cooking and packaging machinery while strictly adhering to food safety standards.
Essential Job Duties:
Production & Machine Operation:
Operate machinery to produce egg patties according to specific recipes and timing requirements. This includes loading, blending and/or mixing raw ingredients and ensuring machines are fully loaded during production.
Quality Control:
Inspect finished egg patties for quality, consistency, color, and texture. Perform regular weight checks and document findings to ensure products meet company specifications.
Packaging & Labeling:
Accurately package, seal, and label finished patties into boxes or containers. Stack and palletize finished cases for shipment.
Food Safety & Sanitation:
Maintain a clean work area and perform routine sanitation of equipment to comply with USDA/FDA regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Equipment Monitoring:
Monitor equipment for malfunctions and immediately notify supervisors or maintenance of any issues to minimize downtime.

Qualifications
Basic reasoning and thinking skills
Ability to Manage multiple tasks and projects
Follow and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and safety requirements.
Physical Requirements
Lift product and material ranging in weight from 20 – 50 lbs on a continuous basis
Repetitive grasping, twisting, pulling and pushing
Standing for the duration of shift
Working around loud equipment
