Job Summary Oversee daily production operations in advanced composite and polymer fabrication, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and production schedules. Lead and mentor production teams, coordinate workflow, manage equipment and materials, and drive continuous improvement to maximize efficiency and output. Collaborate with engineering and operations to support specialized manufacturing processes and high-demand programs.

As a General Supervisor, You Will:

Oversee maintenance planning and execution across multiple craft disciplines to ensure reliable, compliant operations aligned with corporate objectives.

Lead maintenance planners, supervisors, and shop personnel while driving accountability, performance, and teamwork.

Manage maintenance budgets, forecasting, and ERP system support to ensure effective resource utilization.

Enforce safe work practices, process safety standards, and regulatory compliance across all maintenance activities.

Apply maintenance management and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) best practices to improve equipment reliability and uptime.

Coordinate cross‑functional teams to execute planned work efficiently and drive continuous improvement.

Skills / Requirements

3–5 years of experience in maintenance planning or supervisory roles within chemical, mineral processing, or similar industrial plant environments.

Lead and manage maintenance planning, fleet and heavy‑equipment operations, machine shop, fabrication, crane services, and utility crafts to ensure reliable, compliant operations.

Align departmental activities with organizational goals, staffing plans, and budget targets while delivering consistent service levels.

Provide direct coaching, performance feedback, and development for supervisors, planners, and maintenance personnel.

Enforce strict safety, training, and operational standards, including IIAR and PSM compliance.

Monitor, analyze, and report KPIs to measure maintenance efficiency, reliability, and cost performance.

Oversee all maintenance planning functions, including work requests, work orders, scheduling, PM creation, asset movements, and repair tracking within CMMS.

Serve as subject matter expert and trainer during ERP migration to Infor M3, supporting system adoption and troubleshooting.

Lead Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), equipment criticality analysis, PM.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.

Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP).
