Omni Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat patients in their homes in
East Los Angeles, CA .

What You’ll Do
Complete home health visits in your chosen schedule, accepting or declining patients without penalty.
Focus on providing excellent therapy services while administrative work is handled.
Get support for note completion, appointment scheduling, and document submission.
Receive updates on patient changes and alerts for plan‑of‑care items.
Have care coordinators and case managers assist with note portions when needed.
