We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our remote care team supporting adult clients across Tennessee. This role focuses on direct clinical work, including assessment, therapy, and care planning. You’ll work within a structured telehealth model that removes administrative strain and allows your attention to stay on client outcomes and continuity of care. Responsibilities
Conduct psychosocial assessments and clinical intakes Provide ongoing individual therapy via telehealth Develop and maintain treatment plans aligned with client needs Document sessions accurately and on time Coordinate care when additional services or referrals are needed Qualifications
Active Tennessee
LCSW
license Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience Strong documentation and organizational skills Ability to manage a consistent remote caseload Benefits
