This role is part of Duly’s continued expansion of our rehabilitation services. As more patients choose Duly for coordinated, outpatient care, we are adding new physical therapy positions to support timely access, manageable caseloads, and a positive work environment for our therapists. About the Role: Join Duly Health and Care’s Physical Rehabilitation team in Westmont, with clinicians supporting specialties such as sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular rehab, and pediatrics. Our clinicians approach rehabilitation care through collaboration, quality time with patients, and clear paths for professional growth.

In this role you will: Work alongside experienced PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, team‑based environment

Care for patients in a schedule designed to prioritize quality over volume, including:

60-minute initial evaluations

30-minute follow‑up visits

No pressure to double‑book

Built‑in documentation time

Maintain a predictable full‑time schedule:

Monday through Friday

Two evenings per week until 7 PM, with last patient scheduled at 6 PM

Qualifications Degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum.

Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice including completion of appropriate coursework from an accredited university.

Compensation & Benefits The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $77,000 – $110,000 depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a sign‑on bonus.
