We are currently seeking a Mammographer to join our team. This position offers a unique change of scenery by means of working on a state‑of‑the‑art mobile scanner, and ability to meet new people from various facilities. Anticipated Schedule:
Responsibilities:
Screening mammography at clinics, corporate and community outreach locations within the Twin Cities metro area
Team of two mammographers or one mammographer and an assistant working together on a 26’ straight truck equivalent mobile mammography unit equipped with Hologic 3D mammography system
Mammographers and/or assistants drive the mobile unit to the screening locations
Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved 2‑year Radiologic Technology program
Must be registered with ARRT, American Registry of Clinical Radiologic Technologists or licensed to perform general radiographic procedures
Prefer 40 hours of training in mammography. Willing to train
Ability to drive or experience driving equivalent to 26’ straight truck. Willing to train
Ability to produce quality imaging with limited supervision
Must be able to interact in a responsible, professional and ethical manner
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
Must possess valid Class D Drivers’ License. CDL NOT REQUIRED
Must have acceptable driving record
Successfully pass a pre‑employment (post‑offer) background check, urine drug screen and physical
Must have critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
