2026-031664Saluda, Virginia**Riverside Lifelong Health & Rehabilitation Saluda** is currently hiring for a**PRN-C Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)** to join their care team serving the Saluda community.This position will work at least 8 shifts per 4-week schedule, with at least 2 of these shifts being on weekends.This role offers **flexibility** and pay rates starting at **$37.00 per hour!****Overview**
Works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Nurse Manager or Nursing Supervisor, and ultimately responsible to the Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Quality Care Management. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) participates in the assessing, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care and provides for the emotional, physical comfort and safety of the residents and their families. Assists in supervision of auxiliary personnel.
**What you will do*** Medications and treatments are administered accurately and according to provider's orders.* Allows resident choices within limits of capability considering safety /dignity issues and follows policies and procedures of facility to include resident privacy and dignity.* Assigns duties to non-professional staff such as CNAs according to education, training, policy and resident need in order to assure quality resident care is delivered. Engages team members for optimal performance and addresses performance as needed.* Develops, implements and evaluates resident care plans. Identifies changes in condition with proper documentation following the Interact process. Demonstrates consistent follow through for positive resident outcomes. Utilizes good judgment and specialized skills.**Qualifications**
