This RN is a professional caregiver who, as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients utilizing the nursing process including the therapeutic use of self. Responsible for the facilitation and coordination of safe and comprehensive care to all patients presenting to the Urgent Care Center. Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to patients in the Urgent Care Center as part of a multidisciplinary health care team. Utilize the nursing process and therapeutic use of self to promote safe, effective patient care. Facilitate and coordinate safe and comprehensive care for all patients presenting to the Urgent Care Center. Experience Required
3 Years of Emergency Nursing Experience. Education Requirements
Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred. License/Certification Requirements
Current New Jersey license as a Registered Nurse. Current BLS and ACLS certification. Special Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management skills.
