Registered Nurse - RN (Home Health)

NurseCore is hiring Home Health Registered Nurses for private duty and per diem cases. We’re seeking nurses who can offer at least two 8-to-12 hour shifts per week, including mornings and overnights, based on patient needs and scheduling availability. Our caseload includes both pediatric and adult patients.

What you’ll do

Provide compassionate in-home care for patients with chronic health needs.

Support patients with G-tubes, and based on your comfort level, tracheostomies and/or ventilator care.

Carry out additional nursing responsibilities tailored to each patient’s plan of care.

What it takes

Active RN license in Nevada

Minimum of one year post-grad clinical experience

Proven experience in G-tube care

Experience with ventilators and/or tracheostomies is a plus!

Current hands-on CPR certification

Negative TB test within the past year.

Salary range: $38 - $40/hour.
