Position Summary
Under the supervision of a Nurse, the Patient Care Tech performs delegated functions as a member of the patient care team to provide a variety of services. These activities contribute to meeting the health care, safety and comfort needs of patients, and are performed in accordance with all existing regulatory and hospital standards, policies and procedures. Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications. Minimum Qualifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable. Desired Qualifications
Previous patient care experience Completion of education in a related health field (medical assistant program, EMT certification, etc.) Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements
