administer and monitor respiratory care for general and critically ill patients, perform comprehensive assessments, implement ventilation strategies, manage airway care, deliver aerosol therapies, set up and troubleshoot ventilators, execute weaning protocols, interpret diagnostic data, and document care plans with precision; collaborate with physicians, RTs, nurses, and therapists to tailor treatment plans; participate in rounds, coordinate care, and ensure adherence to evidence-based practice and safety standards.
