Training Pathway AAOMPT-Aligned Fellowship / Residency Support

Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a
highly motivated physical therapist
who is either:
Currently interested in
AAOMPT-accredited Fellowship training
or
Strongly interested in pursuing advanced orthopedic manual therapy training consistent with AAOMPT and IFOMPT standards
This role is ideal for clinicians who value
hands-on care , critical thinking, and long-term professional development.
Clinical Practice Emphasis
Advanced orthopedic manual therapy (joint, soft tissue, neurodynamic, and regional interdependence approaches)
Integrated movement assessment and motor control retraining
Evidence-informed treatment planning (biopsychosocial + mechanical models)
One-on-one patient care with sufficient time for clinical reasoning and reassessment
Exposure to complex spine, shoulder, hip, and athletic populations
Fellowship & Mentorship Support
150 hours of mentored practice by a AAOMPT Fellow
Structured clinical reasoning learning aligned with
AAOMPT competencies and learning hours
Support for manual therapy skill progression, including thrust and non-thrust techniques
Encouragement of professional involvement (AAOMPT and IFOMPT frameworks)
Qualifications Required:
DPT from an accredited physical therapy program
Licensed or license-eligible physical therapist
Strong interest in orthopedic manual therapy and clinical excellence
