Role Overview: The PA-C or PMHNP will provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and ongoing care for patients across the lifespan (population can be tailored based on experience and interest). Providers have autonomy over patient panel and are encouraged to pursue fields of interest to tailor their care to the provider's experience and expertise.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting
psychiatric assessments and follow-up visits
Developing
and managing individualized treatment plans
Collaborating
closely with psychiatrists and the interdisciplinary team
Maintaining
timely, high-quality documentation
Participating
in team discussions and care coordination as needed

Is a licensed
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
