Base pay: $37.00/hr – $45.00/hr (DOE)
Student Loan Reimbursement Available
$3.00/hr NOC Shift Differential
Full‑Time Day & NOC Shifts Available
Position Overview At The Dalles Health and Rehabilitation Center, our Charge Nurses are vital to the quality of care we provide. If you’re passionate about resident‑centered care and want to grow in a supportive environment, this is the opportunity for you.
As a LPN Charge Nurse, you will oversee daily nursing care, supervise staff, and ensure care plans are followed with professionalism and compassion. Your schedule will include a rotation and weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and supervise nursing care for residents
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams
Perform general nursing and medication administration duties
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current LPN license in the state of employment
Experience or strong knowledge in geriatric care, long‑term care, or rehabilitation
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
