Provide exceptional, person-centered care to residents in a skilled nursing setting Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans Assist with admissions, assessments, documentation, and discharge processes Communicate openly with residents, families, and team members to ensure continuity and quality of care Who You Are
A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) currently licensed in the State of Michigan CPR certified and ready to jump into action when needed IV Certified preferred (but we’ll train the right candidate!)
