We’re expanding our weekend coverage and are seeking PRN Registered Nurses who want flexible, meaningful work in a supportive, wellness-focused environment while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. The Role
As a Weekend PRN Registered Nurse (RN) at Hydrate IV Bar, you play a key role in supporting weekend operations by delivering safe, efficient, and compassionate care to our clients. You bring strong clinical skills, adaptability, and a calm presence to ensure a smooth, high-quality client experience during weekend operations. This role is ideal for an RN seeking weekend-only flexibility without nights, on-call shifts, or inpatient stress. You will collaborate closely with the Lead Nurse, Medical Director (via GuardianMD), and on-site team to uphold clinical standards and elevate the client experience. What You’ll Do
Provide expert, compassionate nursing care by performing IV therapy and injection services within your scope of practice. Conduct client assessments including vitals and health history review prior to treatment. Identify conditions, allergies, or medications requiring escalation and coordinate with the Lead Nurse or Medical Director as needed. Administer IVs, vitamins, medications, and injections safely and efficiently according to protocols. Monitor clients throughout treatment and respond appropriately to any changes or concerns. Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and protect client confidentiality at all times. Accurately document care, charting, and client interactions using systems such as MyTime and GuardianMD. Support efficient weekend clinic flow, including room turnover, stocking supplies, and maintaining a clean, professional environment. Educate clients on Hydrate IV Bar services, wellness benefits, and post-treatment care. Communicate clearly and professionally with team members to support safe, seamless operations. Occasionally lift or move up to 40 pounds as part of clinic operations. Who You Are
Active Wisconsin RN license. Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nursing. Must have passed the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX). Minimum of 2–3 years of nursing experience administering IVs and injections. Experience in IV therapy, infusion services, wellness, med spa, or outpatient clinical settings preferred. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team. Calm, efficient, and confident in a fast-paced weekend environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, client-focused demeanor. Detail-oriented with sound clinical judgment and critical thinking skills. Technically comfortable learning EMR/POS systems (MyTime, GuardianMD, Infusive, or similar). Able to use standard office equipment and software including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Pass all required background checks. Hold a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and reliable transportation. Remain compliant with all legal, clinical, and company regulations.
