After an orientation period and under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient, resident and family satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes.
Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
Qualifications Must be a graduate of an approved school for vocational nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or hold pending LPN licensure. Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
