Your work as a Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they expect. You will administer medication and nursing care as directed by individual care plans, conduct resident assessments, serve as a team leader, and advocate for your residents. Our residents rely on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to stay comfortable and safe.

Eligibility Applicants must hold an unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior LPN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
