Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – Full-Time or Part-Time
CHE Behavioral Health Services is seeking Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) to join our APA-approved, clinician-led behavioral health team. Since 1995, CHE has been a national leader in adult and geriatric mental health, serving 100,000+ patients across 800+ skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in 11+ states.
Position Highlights
Full-time or part-time opportunities
Create your own schedule (Mon–Fri, 7 AM–7 PM)
No nights, weekends, or on-call
No cancellations + steady, reliable caseload
Work close to home in partnered facilities
Ideal for newly licensed LMHCs or clinicians seeking supplemental work
What You’ll Do
Provide psychotherapy and behavioral health services to adult and senior populations
Work independently within an integrated care team
Customize treatment plans for each patient’s needs
Focus fully on patient care with no administrative burdens or after-hours duties

Requirements
Master’s degree
