Job Overview
Case Manager, Registered Nurse – fully remote. This full‑time permanent opportunity is with a growing Case Management Company that offers nurses greater autonomy in managing their caseloads while still providing the ability to earn bonuses.
Responsibilities As a Field Case Manager, you will evaluate, coordinate, and manage medical care for injured workers by collaborating with treating providers, therapists, employers, and insurance carriers—delivering results that truly make a difference.
Qualifications
Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license
CCM (Certified Case Manager)
Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
Valid driver’s license and Georgia auto insurance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Flexible hours
Home office equipment provided
Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr – $95,000.00/yr Additional compensation: Annual Bonus, monthly bonus potential $500–$2,500 uncapped. Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, vision insurance, medical insurance, 401(k), paid maternity and paternity leave, student loan assistance, tuition assistance, disability insurance, and child care support.
