As an Engineer Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for: Assist in managing day-to-day maintenance tasks Assign jobs to engineers and follow up on completion Perform hands‑on repairs as needed Keep records of maintenance logs and reports Support leadership with training new hires What You Bring
