Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery. Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize production downtime. Troubleshoot complex machinery failures and implement effective repair solutions. Install, modify, and upgrade new and existing production equipment and systems. Ensure all machinery operates safely and efficiently, adhering to operational specifications and safety standards. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory. Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics for equipment repair and installation. Recommended Qualifications
3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical systems (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission, conveyor systems). Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Strong understanding and strict adherence to industrial safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). Experience with preventative maintenance (PM) programs and root cause analysis techniques. Technical degree or vocational certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanics, or a related field. Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Proficiency in basic welding (MIG, TIG) and fabrication. Basic PLC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Robotics maintenance or troubleshooting experience. Job Titles That Should Apply
