As a year-round business, we specialize in high-quality landscape management, irrigation, landscape installations, lawn care maintenance, and winter services including de-icing and snow plowing.

Job Summary As a

Lawn Maintenance Crew Member , you will work independently or as part of a 2–3 person crew to maintain clients’ properties. This is an outdoor, hands‑on position that includes mowing, edging, blowing, and bed maintenance while meeting quality and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Follow procedures and direction from management

Complete daily routes efficiently while meeting job quality expectations

Use appropriate equipment for each site as specified

Report equipment issues promptly to the Shop Manager

Participate in on‑the‑job training, safety instruction, and equipment operation training

Maintain a self‑motivated and professional attitude

Wear required uniforms and personal protective equipment at all times

Maintain reliable transportation to and from work

Qualifications and Skills:

Valid Washington State Driver’s License

Clean, insurable driving record (MVR required)

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs

Ability to walk, push, pull, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods

Experience using mowers, edgers, blowers, and other lawn equipment

Truck and enclosed trailer experience preferred

Must be 18 years of age or older

Benefits:

Starting Wage:

$21–$23 per hour (DOE)

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday (occasional Fridays during the busy season)

Medical and vision coverage after 90 days

Paid holidays (6 per year)

Paid Time Off after 180 days

Washington State sick leave
