Key Responsibilities
Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost, and quality.
Design, develop, and implement new production processes and equipment.
Troubleshoot process deviations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct process capability studies and statistical analysis to monitor and improve performance.
Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and resolve production issues.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
2+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing setting.
Proficiency in process simulation software and P&ID interpretation.
Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process optimization.
Knowledge of manufacturing safety regulations and quality standards.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems (PLCs, SCADA).
Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
