Civil Site Design Engineer
who is passionate about creating practical, sustainable, and well-designed infrastructure solutions. What You’ll Do
Perform civil/site design for land development projects including grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management, and roadway layouts Prepare construction documents, site plans, and engineering reports Support permitting and coordination with local and state agencies (NJDEP, NJDOT, municipal authorities) Collaborate with project managers, architects, and planners throughout all project phases Assist with client communication and occasional field/site visits What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (EIT preferred; PE a plus) 3–25+ years of civil/site design experience Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D (HydroCAD or similar a plus) Working knowledge of New Jersey land development standards and permitting Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills Why Join Us
