Our Merakey affiliate is looking for a Remote Technology Care Coordinator to join the team. The Technology Care Coordinator will be responsible for several aspects of LumiCare business. The position will conduct assessments as needed, outreach to customers, and design training and support plans. The position will also have an IT component. Equipment knowledge, ability to configure, and troubleshooting will be necessary to support the LumiCare customers. Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required. MUST RESIDE IN PA, DE, OH, LA, TN, TX, VA At least 1 year experience in the health and human services industry is required. IT and Project Management experience highly preferred.
