The chosen individual will become an integral member of the Product Science and Technology team at the R&D center and global headquarters in Indianapolis, IN. This role is instrumental in supporting the development and commercialization of new formulated products by examining how formulation, delivery, and application parameters affect the overall end-user experience for crop protection and biological offerings. Key responsibilities include developing novel formulations, designing robust experiments to enhance activity and delivery profiles, and assessing product usage and application methods in priority markets. The position also involves establishing new methodologies to evaluate how application properties influence product efficacy. The successful candidate will analyze how critical physical properties affect product performance, application, storage, and handling, and will acquire practical knowledge of various types of application equipment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong project management abilities, and comprehensive understanding of agricultural practices are essential.
