Help keep our high-pressure die casting presses running at peak performance. We’re looking for an experienced Heavy Machinery Mechanic with the skills to repair and rebuild vertical and horizontal high-pressure die casting presses ranging from 850T to 2,000T. If you have a knack for heavy machinery repair, hydraulics, and mechanical troubleshooting, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
Repair, rebuild, and maintain vertical and horizontal high-pressure die casting presses (850T–2,000T), and related equipment.
Diagnose hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical issues using schematics and blueprints.
Perform welding, fabrication, and precision fitting of components.
Operate cranes, forklifts, and lifting equipment to handle large press components.
Conduct inspections to prevent breakdowns and keep production on schedule.
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams for efficient press operation.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2+ years in industrial maintenance, heavy machinery repair, or similar role (die casting equipment experience preferred).
Skills: Able to read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagrams.
Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain required equipment licenses. Hydraulic pipe welding certification a plus (or willingness to train).
Work Style: Hands‑on, safety‑minded, and comfortable working with large‑scale machinery in a manufacturing environment.
