Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Position Details: (5B) is a 32‑bed unit. This unit consists of various GYN surgical procedures, bariatric weight loss surgical procedures, colon resections and other minor colon surgeries, and general medical patients. Additional patients served include various GYN conditions, GYN/Oncology, Obstetrical Complications, Mother/Baby Couplets, post‑partum. Nurse to patient ratios is 1:5‑6 and PCA to patient ratios 1:6‑8. All staff work 12‑hour shifts, 0630 to 1900 and 1830 to 0700, which includes alternating weekends and holidays.

Weekend Differential
Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3pm-7am
Weekend Option Days: WEO rates + weekend differential
Weekend Option Nights: WEO rates + weekend differential + straight night shift differential
New Increased Weekend Option Differential: $10.00 RN
