Our Medical Assistants are the heartbeat of the clinic—ensuring smooth patient flow, top‑notch support for physicians, and an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. You’ll work alongside physicians, RVTs, and front desk staff to guide patients through their visit, from rooming and vitals to prep and follow‑up.
We are looking for a MA with a
clinical background , including experience in
taking vitals, handling sterilization protocols, maintaining HIPAA compliance , and supporting minor procedures in a
fast‑paced medical setting . The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, reliable, professional, and committed to delivering the highest standard of care and service.
What You’ll Do
Greet and escort patients to exam rooms, take and record vitals
Room patients, prep treatment areas, and clean exam rooms between procedures
Assist the physician during minor surgical procedures
Ensure patients are prepped, consented, and comfortable before procedures
Review aftercare instructions and answer basic questions from patients
Coordinate with RVTs, PSRs, and physicians to support patient flow and daily schedule
Restock and track clinical supplies using inventory management systems
Help monitor clinic readiness and review patient charts in advance for supply and procedural prep
Serve as a liaison between patients and staff, grabbing patients for RVTs or doctors and assisting with front desk tasks as needed
Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards throughout the day
What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent required
CNA, Surgery Assistant, Phlebotomy, or Patient Care Technician experience strongly preferred
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and comfort working in a clinical setting
Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines
Experience obtaining vital signs and supporting sterile procedures
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, not required
Flexibility and reliability to meet clinic needs

Compensation for this role varies based on years of experience, skill set, and alignment with position requirements. $20 - $22 USD.
