Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or
Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or equivalent education/experience.
Coursework/Training: Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need or equivalent education/experience.
Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Compensation Base pay range: $44.67 – $69.35 with additional compensation opportunities such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
