Psychotherapist Fee For Service

Location: 2100 Wescott Drive, Flemington, NJ
Shift: M-F, varied, Variable shift
Hourly pay: $65.00 /hour
Position Summary Provides psychotherapy to Behavioral Health Clients.
Primary Position Responsibilities
Provides individual therapy.
Leads therapeutic groups.
Accurately document client attendance and participation within designated policy timeframes.
Maintains departmental productivity standards.
Maintains JCAHO standards and DMHAS specialty regulations, Medicaid Regulations, and HBH policies & procedures.
Maintains standards of licensing board.
Qualifications Minimum Education Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling or related field.
Required Experience Five years experience in the field of mental health.
License, Registry or Certification Professional License—LPC, LCSW, Psychologist.
Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Knowledge of the DSM-5, De‑escalation Techniques, Individual and Group Therapy expertise. Training and expertise in brief therapy models of treatment.
